The dynamic couple who inspired this modern home design exuded that high-fashion, city style and wanted a coastal retreat that still fit their metropolitan tastes. Our design team drew inspiration from trendsetting homes in Manhattan as well as the Hamptons to bring to life a high-contrast coastal design unlike any other. 

Another unique and absolutely showstopping aspect of this modern home is the massive and coveted Terzani chandelier featured in the main living area. This piece made it’s way from Florence, Italy, where each individual chain link was pieced together by hand. With the functional capability to be raised and lowered for easy maintenance access, this part of the design is not only stunningly beautiful- but well thought out.

This design pulled out all the stops when it came to custom selections. Everything from fabrics to finishes, lighting, architectural detailing and more were custom selections of the highest quality and carefully selected to give both flow as well as an awe-inspiring juxtaposition.
